This original short chassis Alfa 6c 1500 was supplied new to Alfa Romeo agent Jean Albero Roccatagliata  Argentina, where the car resided until the 2000’s then imported to Europe.

When residing in Argentina the car was fitted with a period correct engine and this beautiful Spider body (with dickie seat).

Like all Alfa’s of this period its right hand drive with conventional pedal layout making it easy and enjoyable to drive. With a modest outlay this Alfa offers a fantastic canvas to further improve its performance to Sports and Super Sports specification.

Morgan’s new Plus 4 may have looked familiar when revealed at Earls Court in 1950, a full 14 years after the launch of the 4/4 that it replaced. But behind the instantly recognisable flat radiator façade lay a muscular 2.0-litre, four-cylinder engine borrowed from a Standard Vanguard. Output increased from 38.8 to 68 horsepower
